The school is a registered Yoga Alliance RYS-200 approved school offering a 200 hour teacher training course. Our instructors are amazing so if you’ve ever wanted to get deeper with your yoga practice or have interest in holding a yoga teaching certificate this school is for you. We specialize in the beauty of the deeply mystic feminine divine energies and a rooted-embodied practice.
Your lead instructor, Tara specializes in divine feminine leadership and is certified as an ERYT-200/RYT-500, Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner and holds a doctorate in pharmacy. Austeen Freeman is a hands on and loving soul who loves the body and all of the wisdom that it has to teach us and she holds certification as an RYT-200, Reiki Master, EMT, LMT and has a masters in athletic training. Heather Couturier is a soulful guide, RYT-200 with a special interest in Kundalini yoga and the blending of ancient and modern styles. With this amazing group of teachers and our epically awesome yoga studio space we know that this course will be every drop of deliciousness that it promises to be.
Taught as two 9-day immersions the first round of training will be June 6th-14th and the second Aug 15th-23rd with each day being approximately 9AM-7PM. A $200 deposit will hold your spot and we have payment plan options so please message us to inquire about an application today!
