Carie Deneau
Hello I’m Carie, Co-owner of Ghidrah’s Mystic She Ways a welcoming sanctuary for mind, body, and spirit. I am excited to share our space with all of you. My background is in healthcare, and I am a certified yoga instructor and Reiki Master. I have a passion for helping others find balance, healing, and self-discovery through many different modalities.
My family is very close to my heart and I have deep love for animals and nature. I believe strongly in the power of connection—whether it’s to loved ones, the natural world, or the spiritual realm and I am guided by a lifelong passion for spirituality and continuous learning that is intertwined with a blend of ancient practices with modern insights. I hope this space gives back to you what it does for me.
Carie is a co-owner of Ghidrah’s Mystic She Ways, RYT-200, and a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master.
Jessica Tripp
Hello and Welcome!
I’m Jessica, co-owner of Ghidrah's Mystic She Ways, and it’s truly a dream come true for me. This space allows me to share my passion for wellness within a warm and supportive community that feels like home. As a licensed massage therapist and Reiki master, I’m dedicated to helping others find balance and healing on multiple levels. I love blending the gentle art of massage with the energy work of Reiki to create a holistic experience for my clients.
In my yoga classes, I emphasize the importance of breath, alignment, and self-discovery, striving to create a nurturing environment where students of all levels can explore their practice and connect with their inner selves. My goal is to foster a sense of community and belonging, making it safe for everyone to grow and embrace their unique journeys.
When I’m not working, I find joy in spending time in nature and with my family, who inspire me every day. I look forward to helping you, whether you’re booking a massage, a Reiki session, or joining me for a yoga class.
Meet our official shop supervisors, G and Karma
G found us after showing up outside the shop one day and deciding this was his home. Karma was a foster who completely stole our hearts after being rescued from a high kill shelter. Now these two over see daily operations, welcome visitors, inspect deliveries, and make sure everyone feels right at home. Be sure to say hello-they’re always happy to greet new friends (especially if chin scratches are included).
